Stephen has been with our firm since 2016. In his role as Accounting Manager, Stephen oversees the firm’s accounting services and manages our LLC Real Estate tax services lane at our firm, including advisement on the formation of new LLC entities, purchases of real estate, and sales of real estate. In this capacity, he offers a variety of services, including tax projections, depreciation analysis, and character of gain analysis. 

He earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and his Masters of Professional Accountancy from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is a licensed CPA in Mississippi.

Stephen came to our firm with over 20 years of experience working as a professional Auctioneer, specializing in dealer-only automobile and heavy equipment auctions. He is a long-time sales professional, and has sold livestock, antiques, and government surplus property, among other things.

Stephen lives in Hattiesburg, MS with his wife Amber, who is also an accountant. He is an avid reader and traveler.
