KIMBERLY HAWKINS, CPA

Senior Manager, Healthcare & Legacy Clients

 

 

Kim has been with our firm since 2009. In her role as Senior Manager, she provides Accounting and Tax Oversight services to privately owned businesses. She has over 25 years of experience in both public and private accounting.

Prior to joining our firm, she was an Accountant at one of the largest Accounting Firms in Mississippi, Controller for a large Health Services Provider, CFO at a recreational services organization, and Manager of ancillary companies in the oil and gas industry. 

Kim is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Mississippi and is a member of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi. Kim is an active member of the USM College of Business and Economic Development’s Business Advisory Council.

Kim lives in Hattiesburg, MS with her husband Joey, who is a retired football and track coach. Joey currently co-hosts an area sports radio show. They have two children: Hunter, who lives in Hattiesburg with his wife Chandler and son Rory. He and his wife are both Dentists. And Holly, who lives in Petal with her husband Jace and son Cooper. She is a Physical Therapist.  

Kim and her family are active members of Venture Church in Hattiesburg, where she serves on the Finance Committee. In her free time, Kim enjoys reading, shopping, and watching movies.
